Allan Dotson was born in the swamp, travelled the world, and has been creating interactive art experiences for Regina galleries, libraries, schools, and festivals for over 20 years. He is currently hard at work completing the 2nd volume of his Critters graphic novel, and is probably drawing a swamp monster right now. In his secret identity, he teaches the next generation of young superhumans to use their powers for good, in his shape-changing danger room at Prairie Sky School.

2 PATCH PIROUETTE

A large spinning wheel. Traditional gambling type game. Players select one of four options on the wheel. Each pays 4/1. 

Your host 2 Patch, is a former pirate taxi operator, now retired due to shipwreck which caused the need for 2 eye patches and thus lost pirate taxi licence. At the end of his road 2 Patch turns to the carney life, a world built on second chances.

GROWCHET (GROW-KAY)

The game is Croquet, albeit with a twist. At the event's genesis, there will be some number of novelty decorated wickets set up in an arrangement, which guests are invited to pass the ball through in the regular way. However, completion of this gauntlet shall be rewarded by the opportunity to design an entirely new wiqueght to then place at the end of the course; thus in victory leaving one's mark upon the defeated challenge, whilst reforging it yet more perilous for future contenders. Thusfore, liken a classic game of Centipede, the Croquette course grows ever longer the more people participate, the fun increasing exponentially, until it eventually snakes across the whole Island. In this exercise, the children can hope to learn: the noble sport of Croquet, intuitive principles of trigonometry, the counting of points and sequences, creative expression through wicket design, and a lesson in game theory concerning the spiteful screwing over of your successors by putting your wicket in an inconvenient spot.

Sir Reginald Resabrghrsstrafeh is a gentleman industrialist and explorer who has dedicated his life's exploits and considerable fortune to the cause of  science. He was born in 1876, the fifteenth son to the 9th Earl of Regina. He inherited the name of Reginald and the deeds accompanying it six years later, following his father's tragic death by rat poison accident. Sir Reginald was knighted for his discovery of France in the course of his 1926 expedition to repatriate his missing crystal ashtray. Sir Reginald holds twenty-five PhDs in Science and Beerology from the University of South Wascanaborough, a prestigious non-accredited institution which he also founded. In 2021, Sir Reginald was killed by a flock of subversive geese and presumed dead, until discovered at his remote field laboratory to merely be a ghost. His condition is currently in remission. Sir Reginald is currently working to compile the first complete bottomographical map of Willow Island's interior. In the course of his surveying expeditions, he also hopes to make a taxonomical study of the island's unique wildlife, including the capture of its mythical algae monster.​

DOCTORS OF SWAMP: MUSICAL BINGO

Earn a PhD in Swamp Musicology! Players will receive a bingo card with the names of marshland musicians with swampy songs. Dr. Beausoleil will play a segment of a song, and contestants will guess the musician on their BINGO card. The same rules as regular BINGO apply in order to win the game!

Dr. Rae Beausoleil traversed the world's swampiest places to bring you the finest selection of marshy musicians. Whether they be born on the bayou or serenading their favourite salinas, these artists are here to make you say "BINGO"!
