* Events at Willow Island are ALL AGES and family friendly. Kids under 12 get in free, and must be accompanied by an adult.
* Events at the German Club and the Sound Stage are 19+ only.
* Swamp Fest is dedicated to providing an inclusive, safe and harassment free experience for all! We will not tolerate harassment in any form. Anyone violating these rules will be expelled from the venue at the discretion of the organisers. If you are experiencing harassment in any way, please notify a Swamp Fest volunteer.
* If you have an encounter with the creature known as TAB - remain calm. Be sure to document your interactions and share on social media and tag: #SwampFestYQR #TABsighting

Willow Island Info
*Events on Willow Island are all ages, and family friendly. The Island is also dog friendly, but be sure to look after and pick up after your pooch!
* A 45 second ferry ride will get you onto Willow Island from the pick up point (see map) The ferry fits 12 people at a time.
* There is a set of stairs leading down to the pick up point. An accessible ferry pick up location is also available. If you have accessibility needs - please get in touch with organizers the week of the festival: [email protected]
* Be sure to bring everything you need to Willow Island, including: weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, water, umbrellas (for rain or shine), lawn chairs & blankets to sit on. There are a number of picnic tables and benches, but these will fill up!
* BRING CASH! There is no ATM on the island. Vendors and merch will be cash only! (See map for closest ATM’s).
* Vendors on Willow Island include: Recharge Cafe (tasty vegan eats); Swamp Dawg (gourmet hotdogs and drinks); The Junction (arts and curiosities.)
* Willow Island will also feature a beer garden for guests who are 19+ as well as Potion Store YQR - serving up the tastiest of adult only beverages.
* If the weather really sucks, outdoor, daytime events on Willow Island may be moved to the Sound Stage. Please check social media for updates!
